Join our team to manage audit data files and reports, ensuring confidentiality and quality in document handling.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage and archive the company's audit data files and reports, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Implement printing and binding procedures for audit documents.
- Ensure printed documents are neat, clear, and of high quality.
- Complete tasks assigned by the department manager and adapt to additional tasks as needed.
- Align with the company's work schedule.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher, with clerical work experience.
- Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work overtime.
- Availability for an internship from March to the end of June, attending at least 4 days a week.
