Your Role

Your job responsibilities include the following:

  • Collect, register, and organize archival materials to ensure the integrity and accuracy of personnel files
  • Assist in the onboarding procedures for employees
  • Other support work for the HR service window

About You

To apply for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate students
  • Good English foundation, able to adapt to the all-English working environment
  • Work conscientiously and responsibly, and be hardworking and diligent
  • During the internship, you can guarantee to work four to five days a week for 6 consecutive months
