Your role

Job description:

Assist in the execution and delivery of training and development solutions, such as data management, project support research design, etc.

Work content:

  • Participate in the planning, implementation, research, and data management of training and development solution projects
  • Assist the team in the collection, analysis, and effective implementation
  • Assist in organizing online and offline training activities, sharing sessions, and large-scale learning and development projects
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with team members and complete other tasks delivered by team members

About you

Competencies and Requirements:

  • The internship duration is at least 6 months, and you must be on duty 3-4 days a week before September.
  • Have excellent learning ability, creativity, communication skills, and word organization skills (including effective written and oral expression in English and Mandarin)
  • Strong summary, data analysis, problem-solving skills, and excellent solution presentation skills
  • Good self-drive and stress resistance, willing to accept new things, and good at sharing your ideas
  • Proficient in MSOffice software
  • Undergraduate or graduate student. Human resource management, psychology, education, and related majors are preferred
  • Applicants with experience in studying abroad in English-speaking countries will be given priority
  • Those with long-term internships will be given priority
