• Assist the team in the implementation of the plan, including the preparation of materials required for the plan

• Maintain good cooperative relationships with team members

Competencies and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, human resources, psychology, talent development, education, and other related professional background
• Good data analysis skills, project execution skills, and communication skills
• Good expression and writing skills in Mandarin and English
