Your Role

Accounting Operations includes accounting operations roles involved in overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. 

Activities may include the following but are not limited to:

• Covers cost accounting (allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis, etc.)
• Budget accounting (developing and monitoring annual revenue/expense budgets for the purpose of controlling funds and measuring operating results)
• Covers accounts payable / accounts receivable, billing & invoicing roles

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Perform skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.
• Perform jobs ranging from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas.
• Ability to execute specialized work to support operations.
• Work independently and apply standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
• Performs work that is based on routines and any new knowledge is generally acquired through short explanations and simple instructions.
• Can perform highly specific tasks or tasks of limited scope and responsibility that have well-defined processes and procedures and readily available instructions.
• Little or no prior work experience within the functional area required.
• Not expected to exercise independent judgment.
• Comfortable working under close supervision.
