Your role

Job Description:

  • Accounting Operations includes accounting operations roles involved in overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
  • Covers cost accounting (allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis, etc.), and budget accounting (developing and monitoring annual revenue/expense budgets to control funds and measure operating results).
  • Also covers accounts payable / accounts receivable, billing & invoicing roles.

The administrative stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Jobs may range from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas, who can execute specialized work to support operations.
