Your Role

• Perform general office administration and secretarial support tasks.
• Provide dedicated secretarial/administrative assistant support to senior leaders.
• Handle general office administration and clerical support for teams or functions.
• Manage reception, telephone, and switchboard operations.
• Mailroom & filing support
• Accountable for office event planning and/or supporting Facilities Management with office space planning.
• Execute skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.
• Perform tasks ranging from entry-level to experienced individual contributions with robust technical or practical knowledge.
• Work independently at higher levels, applying standards and making departures from established processes to resolve problems.

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

• Perform work based on routines, acquiring new knowledge through short explanations and simple instructions.
• Handle highly specific tasks of limited scope and responsibility with well-defined processes and procedures and readily available instructions. 
• Little or no prior work experience within the functional area required.
• Not expected to exercise independent judgment.
• Comfortable working under close supervision.
