QA Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage customer experience and quality complaints under the quality manager's guidance.
• Process product data and draft adverse event evaluations and risk assessment reports.
• Report and evaluate adverse events internationally with the quality manager's support.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Be an undergraduate (third-year) or first/second-year student.
• Be familiar with the medical device industry or have a related background.
• Demonstrate strong interest and passion for medical devices.
• Possess good English reading and writing skills.
• Be proficient in computer operations (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Exhibit good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
