Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Monthly demand planning management.
  • Use market data and statistical analysis tools to assist business departments in developing 24-month demand plans.
  • Establish effective communication between the supply chain and functional departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to ensure that factory forecasts meet market demand.
  • Monthly Pre-IBP process management.
  • Implement the requirements of the quality management system to ensure product programs comply with relevant regulations and Merck Biopharmaceutical headquarters standards.
  • Verify the legal qualifications of the supplier, the legality of the purchased products, and the legal qualifications of the supplier's sales personnel to ensure that products are purchased from legitimate suppliers.
  • Implement relevant regulations on first-time enterprises and first-time products.
  • Support the purchase, return, and exchange of medicines.
  • Communicate with suppliers on short-term/long-term supply to ensure there are no supply gaps.
  • Participate in IBP and external S&OP meetings and provide relevant data support.
  • For registration changes, prepare product stocking plans to ensure there is no risk of out-of-stock and near-expiration risk.
  • Responsible for the processing and tracking of SAP orders.
  • Establish and maintain product and supplier GTS certifications.
