What you'll be doing:
Work closely with the AV perception core team, AV production team, and AI infrastructure engineers to accelerate and optimize the AV perception DNN development and deployment, and achieve the high quality and reliability of AV perception in NVIDIA Drive products.
You will mainly focus on building automatic pipelines of data processing, auto-labeling, real or synthetic ground truth generation and diagnosis, driving evaluation, validating the effectiveness of the latest auto-driving algorithms and strategies, and integrating DNN models into driving applications. You need to have a passion for both deep learning and autonomous driving domain.
About You
What NVIDIA needs to see:
BS or MS candidate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or related majors.
Excellent programming, software design, and testing skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
Good knowledge in the following areas: 3D Computer Vision, self-driving cars, Robotics, SLAM, Deep Learning, and GPU technology.
Solid knowledge of Linux programming and should be familiar with working under Linux environments.
Good understanding of system architecture, CPU/GPU/Memory/Storage, and everything related to performance optimization.
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Background in computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, statistics
OpenCV/OpenGL programming skills will be a big bonus.
Knowledge of object detection/tracking, multi-sensor fusion such as lidar or camera, and time synchronization.
Experience with large data exploration, analysis, and visualization with Python and SQL.
Experience with deep learning model training with popular frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, and model deployment.
