Global Operational Purchasing Intern (Start ASAP)

Job Responsibility:  

• Purchase request validation and timely purchase order placement 
• Responsible for PO changes, ensure all the changes have the appropriate approval based on the purchasing policies
• Maintain order acknowledgement and delivery confirmation
• Support local procurement teams and the requestors on delivery pull in/push out

Job Qualification: 

• Pursuing in bachelor or master's degree in Business/Economy, Procurement, or related fields
• Good PC, interpersonal, effective communication and teamwork skills
• Good and efficient in task and project execution and always eager to find solutions to the issues that are met
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
