IT Domain Specialist - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job description:

• Provide 1st line support in solving problems and complaints in terms of IT service & solutions, and handle the escalation to the 2nd line support teams either China or global
• Updating IT applications and environments as required, both hardware and software, in cooperation with other IT domains and global IT or Suppliers 
• Organize training for end users on IT applications and their relevant environment, provide advice on the use of relevant technologies
• IT application deployment & implementation for different user communities as required 
• Work closely with other IT domains such as IT Infra and IT Security to ensure comprehensive and robust end-to-end service solutions are delivered to the user communities. 

About you

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor above degree in IT or software development or software engineering
• Proactive behaviors and ability to quickly learn/grow in a complex environment 
• Familiar with applications like GitHub, MS ADS
• Familiar with operating systems like Windows, and Linux OS, and basic network knowledge
• Language skills: Chinese and English, in speech and writing
• Able to attend 3 days per week and duration 3 months at least.
