Support the IGTS China Project Management Office with admin and project tasks at Philips, a leader in health technology.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Facilitate onboarding of IGTS staff, including badges and workspace arrangements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements.
- Support procurement and shipment of parts for innovation projects.
- Provide general project support, organize meetings, take minutes, and track deliverables and risks.
- Organize and facilitate team events.
About You
The ideal candidate:
- Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Is proficient in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Is available to work 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
