Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the execution and auxiliary work of customer service related to the sleep and respiratory care business (S&RC).
- Assist after-sales service in resolving technical support and other issues.
- Support tasks related to sleep respiratory products UNO.
- Contribute to the promotion of other S&RC Service Excellence projects.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Availability to work 3-5 days a week, with a commitment to an internship of at least 3 months.
