Supplier Sustainability Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Communicates with the European sustainable development team, procurement team, and international suppliers.  
• Works as a member of a global multifunctional procurement and sustainability team.  
• Supports and trains suppliers and Philips account managers on sustainability-related topics.  
• Engages proactively with suppliers to gather and maintain sustainability data, including ROHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.  
• Manages supplier sustainability SharePoint.  
• Ensures all sustainability deliverables align with Philips policies.  
• Reports internally and externally on suppliers’ sustainability status.  
• Provides accurate management summaries of suppliers’ sustainability progress.  
• Manages challenging situations effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.  
• Good English communication and presentation skills.  
• Proficiency in using office software (Office, Outlook, etc.).
