Your role

About Firmwide Corporate Services - GTS:

GTS is the IT department of PwC and provides application and hardware support, as well as functional support on enterprise, mobility smart office applications, etc.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and solving the IT system maintenance
• Responsible for IT information data collecting and archiving
• Assist in managing IT assets and related administrative works
• Support the GTS service team to provide better IT services to users
• Participant in project coordination and implementation

Reporting structure and key relationships:

• Reporting to: Manager

About you

Requirement:

• Undergraduate students in universities, majoring in science and engineering are preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, Strong sense of customer focus, and capable of problem-solving.
• Get familiar with knowledge of computer networks and basic hardware support.
• Basic understanding of helpdesk technical support
• Proficient in Windows 10, Office365, iOS and Android support.
• Eager to learn new technology, Self-starter who can work independently.
• Available for 3-5 days a week and work at least 3 months
• Excellent command of English (written and oral)
