About the Department of Government Services:

The professional team with rich practical experience and high quality can listen to various opinions, help customers solve business problems, and explore and seize opportunities.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

In the Government Affairs Department, you will help drive various government department programs and initiatives. You will assist managers and directors with the following tasks:

  • Assist with daily affairs related to government relations in the region, including communication, coordination, and reception with various departments within the company and relevant government agencies
  • Writing, organizing, and maintaining government-related materials
  • Pay attention to and collect information released by government departments on time, assist in the interpretation and analysis of relevant policies, and maintain policy acumen
  • Support the related work of the Northern Market Lead Partner
  • Use PowerPoint to help organize management reports and various company key strategic reports and plans
  • Conduct market and industry research
  • Collect project-related materials track project development, and update the project database
  • Prepare and prepare monthly bid-winning and ongoing project reports
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Prepare internal communications and external marketing materials
  • Other duties as assigned

About you

Requirements: 

  • Priority will be given to those who are graduate students and must be on duty at least 3 days a week, with an internship period of at least 2 months.
  • Proficient in office software
  • Excellent Mandarin and English skills
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to methodically process, filter, and integrate large amounts of data
  • Able to work in a high-intensity and fast-paced working environment, be practical and conscientious, and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Interested in government and public institutions, regional economic development trends and public policies 
  • Have a correct image, strong affinity, good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit
  • Good oral and written expression skills in Chinese and English, and strong official document writing skills
  • A sense of innovation and a positive attitude towards learning
