About Learning & Development:

PwC leverages new technologies to continuously enhance the learning experience and everyone can choose and decide what, how, and where to learn.

Job description and responsibilities:

The intern will support the team in the following areas:

  • Work with course managers or QPI team members to prepare a target participant list, and monitor enrolment and attendance for creating an effective learning environment.
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date with the program and course details on a regular or as-needed basis
  • Prepare management reports, analyses, and slides as required
  • Update and check the completeness and accuracy of reporting
  • Maintain and update curriculum-related resources and databases

Reporting structure and key relationships:

  • Reporting to: Manager

Skill requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Strong analytical and organizing skills
  • A flexible team player who can multitask with accuracy
  • Good at communications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Language requirement:

  • English (Reading/Writing): Full Professional Proficiency
  • Mandarin Chinese (Reading/Writing): Native Proficiency
  • Both Mandarin Chinese and English are used for oral communications within the Firm. English is used for most written communications.
