Your role

About Risk Assurance:

Risk Assurance is about anticipating and responding to the risks clients are vulnerable to every single day. From cybersecurity and technological risks to financial and environmental concerns, your job is to help clients make better-informed decisions in safeguarding their interests in today’s complex operating environment.

Job description and responsibilities:

Working with the leading clients in key industries in the Risk Assurance team, you will gain exposure to:

Technology risk management:

• Build resilience in its clients’ digital environment to mitigate possible risks in cybersecurity, privacy protection cloud transformation, etc

Digital trust and analytics​:

• ​Help the client safeguard digital assets and unlock the superpower of data

Governance, risk and compliance, and internal audit:

• Help the client to rethink risk and compliance to drive strategy, capabilities, and performance​

Digital assurance and transparency:

• Help the client establish and operate their systems, processes, internal controls, and risk management procedures effectively

Crypto services (Risk Assurance Hong Kong and Macau service):

• The “one-stop shop” offering can make its clients’ crypto business a success​

Responsible AI​:

• AI governance vision, design, and planning​
• Organisational AI maturity benchmarking assessments and roadmap development​
• AI application impact assessments​

Reporting structure and key relationships:

• Reporting to: Risk Assurance Senior Associates and Manager

About you

Requirements:

PwC is looking for high-caliber tertiary students from any discipline who demonstrate:

• Experience and enthusiasm relevant to the client services
• Business acumen and appreciation of the use of IT systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization skills with influencing skills/leadership potential
• Energy and drive
• Flexibility to travel to out-of-town assignments
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to work longer hours if needed
• A strong command of English, Putonghua, or Cantonese. Fluent Japanese is required for JBD services.
