Your role

Job description and responsibilities:

• PwC X-Venturer will have the opportunity to build their pathway. The company will ensure you receive the right experiences for your qualifications as well as having diversified work experience based on your skill set and preferences. 

Reporting structure and key relationships:

• Depending on your career aspirations and business needs Regional X-Venturer management team will manage your development and experiences and offer you career advice. You would be assigned a Career Coach who are alumnus of the programme to guide you along the programme.
• During your engagement, you will work closely with the team while reporting to the project manager.

About you

As PwC X-Venturers will be involved in projects across all lines of services; PwC is looking for a diverse range of graduates from the Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines, who can demonstrate a combination of:

• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving capabilities

• A strong command of English and Mandarin/Cantonese(Hong Kong)
• All Bachelor or Master degree students graduating in 2022, and 2023 and those graduating in 2024 are welcome to apply, regardless of your major.

In the X-Venturer programme, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse and in-depth project experience, combined with rotation opportunities across lines of service and business units, including but not limited to Assurance, Risk Assurance, Deals, Tax, Strategy&, Digital and Sustainability to prepare you for career progression after rotation.
