Your role

Roche is a student/intern who supports them in supporting internal drug design platform development.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize public datasets related to molecular properties
• Collect and evaluate open-source AI algorithms for molecule generation

About you

Education& Qualifications:

• Educational background in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science, and related fields. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Master’s level or higher preferred)

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with machine learning/ deep learning is required
• Prior experience with generative AI or reinforcement learning is a plus

Professional Competencies/skills:

• Proficient in Python and familiar with Linux working environment
• Familiar with sci-kit-learn, Pytorch, or other machine learning and deep learning frameworks
• Fluent in English
