Your role
IT Job Responsibilities:
Assist the ITOT team in supporting and maintaining various IT systems and software required for production
Participate in the daily operation and monitoring of the ITOT system to ensure the stable operation of the system
Assist in solving ITOT system failures and problems during the production process to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production
Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation and operation manuals for ITOT systems
Support the ITOT team in related work and projects, such as conference room reservations, meeting minutes, operation and maintenance statistics reports, translation documents, etc
OT Job Responsibilities:
Assist the ITOT manufacturing system team with daily affairs, such as conference room reservations, meeting minutes, operation and maintenance statistics reports, translation documents, etc
Assist with ITOT project daily affairs, such as document format adjustment, uploading files to the Veeva system, etc
Be familiar with the GMP PI system and assist the DHS team in handling simple PI technical issues
About you
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:
Full-time students with, a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer, information technology, or automation are preferred
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and can use English as a working language
Have a strong interest in computers and information technology, and have strong learning and problem-solving abilities
Possess good communication skills and experience in charge of school activities is preferred
Familiar with the use of common operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, etc.) and office software
Have a certain programming foundation and be familiar with at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, etc.)
You need to work normally 2-3 days a week at Roche Zhangjiang Headquarters in Shanghai.
