Your role

Responsibilities:

• Support Study team to create and maintain meaningful dashboards or visualize data to generate insights for site management; recruitment strategy adjustment etc.
• Support Operation team to automate some processes by generating standard reports etc.
• Literature or information research and summary related to competitive trials or advanced technologies in clinical trials for sharing.

As an intern, you will assume responsibility for your projects, learn to play a proactive role, get a first-hand insight into the activities and processes, and find out what it’s like to work with colleagues and many different stakeholders. You'll have access to Roche's international network and various options for workplace and off-the-job training for your personal and professional development. Please also note that this internship requires 3 days of work in the office per week.

About you

Qualifications:

• Technical expertise and/or programming skills (e.g. R/Python) and elementary statistics knowledge preferred; Good at any data visualization tools, e.g. R or Python.
• Basic knowledge of NLP is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and initiative
• Flexibility and ability to work on several assignments simultaneously
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be precise, detail-oriented, and able to detect subtle inconsistencies in the data
