Medical Affairs and Public Health Communication (MA&PHC) - Study Management Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Study team to create and maintain meaningful dashboards or visualize data to generate insights for site management; recruitment strategy adjustment etc
• Support Operation team to automate some processes by generating standard reports etc
• Literature or information research and summary related to competitive trials or advanced technologies in clinical trials for sharing

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

• Technical expertise and/or programming skills (e.g. R/Python) and elementary statistics knowledge preferred
• Good at any data visualization tools, e.g. R or Python
• Basic knowledge of NLP is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and initiative
• Flexibility and ability to work on several assignments simultaneously
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be precise, detail-oriented, and able to detect subtle inconsistencies in the data
• Commits to work 3 days in the office every week
