People & Culture (P&C) Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Description:

Roche is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented P&C Intern to join its dynamic People & Culture team. The P&C Intern will assist with various P&C-related tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of people and culture management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of training activities, including preparing training materials, training room set up, etc.
• Assist in various P&C projects such as the Best Employer Celebration event, and other local P&C programs
• Implement and maintain 5S principles in the P&C department. Ensure the P&C warehouse is organized, clean, and efficient to support operational needs.
• GMP learning courses coordination
• Greet and assist department visitors, providing necessary support and guidance
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including assisting in stamping and mailing materials
• Other ad hoc tasks

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

Education & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Language Skills:

• Native or fluent Chinese
• Fluent English

If there is no permanent position after the successful completion of the vocational training, Roche offers a one-year temporary contract with a regular salary. During this year the young professionals can gain experience and at the same time look for a suitable position.
