People Insights APAC - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Search for academic literature on research topics and conduct literature reviews.  
• Collaborate with Organizational Scientists to design research models and surveys.  
• Analyze survey and people data, summarizing research findings.  
• Develop and maintain a research item pool.

About You

The ideal candidate is:  

• A full-time graduate student in a Master's or PhD program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Human Resource Management.  
• Willing to commit to at least three months, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, either remotely or on-site.  
• Knowledgeable in psychometrics and research methods in psychology.  
• Proficient in statistical programming (R or Python).  
• Excellent in verbal and written communication.  
• Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience.  
• Proficient in English for academic and applied settings.
