Your role

Job Description:

• Candidate sourcing, application screening, requisitions clean up, scheduling, and assessment
• Handling of candidate workflow using the e-recruitment system workday
• Supporting the team with reports and presentations, as well as actively looking for process improvements
• Other activities related to the role and business needs

About you

Who you are:

• You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ideally, you have first work experience in Human Resources and are highly motivated to share your knowledge and chip in with new ideas.

• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with a high sense for quality and professional management of administrative tasks
• Creative, persistent, driven, and eager to learn
• Ambitious self-starter with a confident and systematic attitude toward complex tasks and contents
• Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, and Google Suite is a plus
• Previous project experience is a plus
