Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows
- Responsible for end-to-end contract signing and order processes for trial and sales contracts, including communication with legal, compliance, and finance departments.
- Manage contractual financial processes, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare weekly sales reports by territory and salesperson.
- Consolidate and track quarterly sales forecasts for timely contract processing and sales recognition.
- Prepare documents for bidding purposes.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, training, seminars, and record minutes.
- Assist the sales team with customer database maintenance.
- Ensure efficient communication within the sales department and across functions.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, including travel arrangements.
- Support large programs like the GBA project, coordinating cross-functional communications.
- Collaborate with external parties and internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.
- Undertake other projects or tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Conduct business in full compliance with Roche's standards and regulations.
