Technical Training Specialist Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Summary:

• The job holder supports the Line Manager to maintain a solid training management system and enhance an active learning environment
• Supports line managers to maintain the training management system and strengthen the creation of an active learning environment
• The job holder ensures that all assigned training is well organized and all related documents are well processed and archived by following the training management procedures
• Ensures that all required training and related documents are properly handled and stored according to the existing training management process
• The job holder is responsible for setting up a good training facility and support to improve the training result and effectiveness proactively
• Responsible for setting up training facilities to proactively support improving training results and effectiveness

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Tracking, maintaining, and achieving all induction plans, qualification profiles, and annual training plans
• Maintain and archive all integration plans, qualification confirmations, and annual training plans
• Support managers to facilitate all training and create a good learning environment
• Responsible for organizing and supporting training and creating a good learning environment
• Support to improve current training
• Support the improvement of existing training services
• Other ad hoc tasks
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager
