Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support corporate communications projects, including coordination, logistics, and paperwork.
- Assist with content creation, translation, and daily monitoring.
- Coordinate project documentation and daily tasks.
- Support onsite event execution and corporate initiatives.
- Commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Junior or higher undergraduate status in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Business Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong graphic/visual design skills, with knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other editing software.
- A keen interest in healthcare.
- Experience in corporate communications or event planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, multitasking ability, and a positive, self-driven attitude.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
