Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in systematic maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Establish and improve reliability management for facilities and equipment.
- Track failure analysis and implement corrective measures.
- Participate in internal meetings, providing detailed maintenance information.
- Promote and share corrective maintenance practices.
- Conduct on-site practical operations to assist in maintaining production equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Participate in relevant training and accurately complete GMP records.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program majoring in electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, or engineering-related fields.
- Proficiency in office software and computer operations.
- Knowledge of quality and reliability tools, techniques, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, Weibull analysis).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and process equipment data.
- Skills in controlling spare parts inventory and managing maintenance and repair costs.
