Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Manage candidate care lifecycle, including interview arrangements, offer letter preparation, and candidate file collection.  
• Support the people & culture team with internal communication needs, such as hot job postings and communication materials preparation.  
• Provide ad-hoc project support as needed.

The ideal candidate will:  

• Be a strong communicator, highly organized, and results-driven.  
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and team spirit.  
• Be a self-starter, able to work independently and under pressure.  
• Be proficient in English and have mastery of essential Microsoft Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
