Bid Management Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Document design, layout, and management  
• Support proposal management, ensuring quality and compliance  
• Participate in bid review meetings  
• Use templates for customer-compliant documents  
• Engage in strategic projects and improvement programs  
• Craft SAP responses and ensure brand consistency  
• Arrange content for clarity and conduct checks  
• Support knowledge repositories and customer deliverables  
• Maintain proposal process records  
• Connect with customers to enhance offerings  

About You

The ideal candidate:  

• Is enrolled full-time in a tertiary or post-graduate program  
• Has no ongoing full-time work experience  
• Can commit to at least 6 months, 3 days/week  
• Is proficient in English, with Japanese and Korean as a plus  
• Pays attention to detail and has strong MS Office skills  
• Communicates proactively and writes at a native English level  
• Works autonomously and flexibly, eager to learn and innovate
