Within SAP Digital, the Digital Modalities team is the engine driving the digital transformation. The mission is to deliver cutting-edge Digital Modalities that empower the Digital Hubs with the latest next-generation digital innovations, incubations, and automation. These tools significantly enhance talent productivity, leading to expanded SAP Digital market coverage with accelerated value, velocity, and scale of execution.

What you'll do:

SAP is seeking a talented and inquisitive intern to join the SAP Digital Modalities team and help them shape the future of the digital workplace. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in exciting projects, and gain valuable hands-on experience to prepare for your future career journey.

• Assist the team in developing and implementing SAP digital tools and platforms to enhance business efficiency and employee experience.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions, research, and analysis to understand team needs and pain points.
• Help create training materials and presentations to educate employees about new digital tools and adoption.
• Participate in exploring, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure the smooth operation of digital tools, tracking the usage and business outcome-related information.
• Prepare reports and documentation to record project progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate tool creation process including updating programs, collaborating with developers, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a master’s degree (Full-time) in computer science, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest and knowledge of data science, digital tools, and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit and proactive attitude.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Relevant experience.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, and R.
• Familiarity with Excel formula, Pivot table, Power Query, and VBA.
• Project management.
• Cross-cultural communication skills.
