Your role

Meet your team:

The intern of SAP Labs China Labs Managing Director Office Team will work on innovation activities in the Labs Operation Team, including employee communications, university collaboration, Lab innovation topics, employee upskilling programs, and strategic AI programs. He/she will work with other Labs Operation Team members to ensure the smooth operation of Labs China.

What you'll do:

As a Project Management Intern, you'll have the chance to learn and play an essential role in project planning, execution, and evaluation. This position helps cultivate collaboration, innovation, and leadership within a diverse and inclusive environment.

  • Participate in coordinating community projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Expectations & Tasks: Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
    • Actively contributing to the planning and execution of projects. This includes creating detailed project plans, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
    • Managing project resources, scheduling meetings, and keeping detailed project documentation.
    • Assisting in identifying and mitigating project risks.
    • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and providing updates.
    • Attending and participating in project meetings and reviews.

About you

What you bring:

SAP is looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
  • Ability to learn and contribute to project management processes.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Ability to manage tasks, coordinate duties, and prioritize work.
  • Interest in facilitating meetings and ensuring clear outcomes.
  • Commitment of 3-4 days per week for 6 month internship in Shanghai at least
