Your role

You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills, proficiency in the English language is key, and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

  • Receive cases from customers and acknowledge receipt of the Customer's comprehensive problem description
  • Translate the case in Japanese into English
  • Check the information provided by the customer and provide a solution to the customer if you find it by searching in the support database.
  • Forward to the next support level if you can provide a solution.
