Your role

Meet your team:

You will join the Data Intelligence & Innovation team under the Support Data Governance & Experience team (SDGE) of SEPIO. The team is focusing on providing end-to-end analytical solutions to support the customers in the customer support area as well as enable performance measurement by providing leading analytical data representation.

What you'll do:

• Working with the business as well as the technical teams to design and implement SAP analytics solutions based on SAP HANA
• Test data quality of the dashboard/asset deliveries (with guidance from experienced colleagues).
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Model and implement solutions within SAP HANA
• Closely collaborate with business contacts and stakeholders, technical experts within IT and development
• Participate in innovation topic discussion and contribute to predictive analysis
• Other tasks required by the team

About you

What you bring:

SAP is looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Must be a current University student
• Strong knowledge of database architecture and definitions
• Strong knowledge in database modeling and programming as well as SQL scripting
• Ability to provide high-level and detailed estimates for implementation and realization
• Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
• Very passionate about learning new technologies and understanding of business users’ expectations
• Strong customer focus
• Strong communication skills and good English skills - written and verbal
• Knowledge in developing analytical solutions such as dashboards or reports (optional)
• Can work a minimum 3 days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai
