Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Serve as an analyst for HR Directors, preparing visual data presentations.
- Design and deliver initiatives to improve culture and engagement.
- Support multiple projects, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Create communication assets and manage SharePoint for HR strategy.
- Contribute ideas and develop new value-adding methods for HR teams.
- Provide daily support to Regional HRDs, analyze HR data, and resolve system issues.
- Innovate and simplify processes for the HR community.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong orientation to data and analytics.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Responds to requests with accuracy and professionalism.
- Can lead moderate-sized programs of minimal to moderate complexity.
- Is team-oriented and enjoys designing People Initiatives.
- Pays attention to detail and accepts feedback for improvement.
- Is creative, innovative, and an avid learner.
- Thinks critically and solves problems independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Is currently enrolled full-time in a relevant degree program.
