Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Monitor global queues and maintain chat systems.
• Communicate with global customers and validate priorities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve incidents and provide client solutions.
• Assist team members with daily activities.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Be full-time university students graduating in 2026.
• Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Have no restrictions on major background.
• Be available to work for 6 months, 5 days a week, from January to July 2025.
• Be located in Dalian, China.
