Your role

Meet the Team:

The intern of SAP Labs China Labs Managing Director Office Team will work on innovation activities in the Labs Operation Team, including employee communications, university collaboration, Lab innovation topics, employee upskilling programs, and strategic AI programs. He/she will work with other Labs Operation Team members to ensure the smooth operation of Labs China.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Management Intern, you'll have the chance to learn and play an essential role in project planning, execution, and evaluation. This position helps cultivate collaboration, innovation, and leadership within a diverse and inclusive environment.

Expectations & Tasks:

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Actively contributing to the planning and execution of projects which includes creating detailed project plans, assigning tasks, and tracking progress
  • Managing project resources, scheduling meetings, and keeping detailed project documentation
  • Assisting in identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and providing updates
  • Attending and participating in project meetings and reviews

About you

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program

  • Ability to manage tasks, coordinate duties, and prioritize work
  • Interest in facilitating meetings and ensuring clear outcomes
