Quality Engineer Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

About Your Team:

S/4HANA Consumer Industries Cloud (CIC) is a new business unit at SAP S/4HANA with a focus on Industry Cloud, an emerging market segment where SAP guides its customers towards evolving their industry-centric business models with new processes, tools, and business services. SAP CIC complements SAP's existing Business Suite as well as helps the entire company keep pace with new market trends in the Industry Cloud.

What You'll Do:

As a software engineer intern in CIC, you will work on a specific project critical to SAP Consumer Industries Cloud’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and SAP's fast-paced business grow and evolve. SAP needs its interns to have a positive quality sense and be enthusiastic to take on different challenges as they continue to grow.

Your tasks may include:

• Understand existing function features, join regression testing as a tester
• Support software test engineer for software requirement testing and test script development
• Learn test automation technology e.g. Webdriver.io, Gatling, Loadrunner, etc. contribute to unit test, integration test automation
• Manage scrum status and quality by generating project reports

About you

In order to apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Someone who takes initiative perseveres, and stays curious
• You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
• You are energized by lifelong learning
• You have a strong interest and hobby in testing technology and have a strong learning ability
• You are a team player and are good at communication
• University student (Bachelor's or above) with a major in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or comparable that will graduate in 2024 Jun or later
• Solid software engineering knowledge, especially Quality Assurance, Testing methodology
• Experience in automation testing tools is a big advantage
• Good programming skills, familiar with at least one development language, such as Java, Javascript, Nodejs, Python, etc.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Note that this internship period is at least 4 months and has a work for a minimum of 4 days a week.
