Quality Engineer Intern (Python) (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Meet your team:

As a quality engineer intern in CIC (Consumer Industries Cloud), you will work on a specific project critical to SAP Industries Cloud’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and the fast-paced business grow and evolve. SAP needs an intern to have a positive quality sense and be enthusiastic to take on different challenges as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Understand existing function features, and join regression testing as a tester.
• Support software test engineer for software requirement testing and test script development.
• Learn and contribute to Generative AI development, modeling, and testing.
• Learn test automation technology e.g. Webdriver.io, Gatling, LoadRunner, etc. contributing to unit test, and integration test automation. 
• Manage scrum status and quality by generating project reports.

About You

SAP is looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• University student with a major in software engineering, computer science, or comparable that will graduate in 2025 Jun or later.
• Major in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or comparable.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.
• Experience in Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, and multimodality is a big advantage.
• Solid software engineering knowledge, especially Quality Assurance and testing methodology.
• Experience in automation testing tools is a big advantage.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Can work for a minimum of 4 days a week for at least 6 months duration.
