Your role

About Your Team:

Your team is driving Operation Excellence of Labs China. It focuses on supporting Labs Development Teams to improve their experience and productivity. It cares for every employee’s success in the tech industry.

What You'll Do:

Your tasks may include:

• Development Experience global program landing and execution in Labs in China
• The development Experience program is to improve developers' and other development roles’ daily working experience and development productivity
• Your role is to keep tracking global programs’ roll-out plan and align with Labs LoB teams for execution
• Bridge global resources to local teams
• Bridge local requirements to global teams
• Particularly, this role will engage in coordinating to realize more AI-empowered development workflows and tools, to improve developers’ efficiency and experience.
• It needs both technical background and project management skills

• Candidates preferred - have systematic AI training or AI-related project experience
• Candidates preferred – originate from economic and socially weaker areas; or study at universities located in economic or socially weaker areas
