Your role

What you'll do:

• Work in a team with close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers.
• Work together with other experts to guarantee the service level agreements with SAP customers and ensure the timely support service can be provided to SAP customers in terms of issue urgency and process compliance.
• Proficiency in English communication is very important for your daily work. Japanese speaking will be an advantage because you will help the communication between Japanese customers and experts.
