Support Engineering Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Analyze and resolve customer messages using knowledge databases and hardware parameters.
• Provide improvement recommendations for Product and Support processes.
• Offer consulting for procedural issues and queries.
• Share knowledge with the team and maintain the Technical Knowledge Database.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Is a second-year Master's student available for at least six months, four days a week.
• Has strong language skills in Japanese and English.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has knowledge in computer networks, cloud computing, and mobile technologies.
• Demonstrates a strong customer focus and proactive work attitude.
