Backed Equipment Intern (Start ASAP)

About our group:

Seagate Wuxi Drive Backed Equipment (BE) support drive assembly and function testing. Equipment engineering team always try best to deliver hi-quality supporting for flexible manufacture and continuous improvement.

About the role - you will:

• Learn to solve a diversity of issues like In-System Performance /Ageing /Wearing /Standardization and so on
• And can provide some improvement suggestions from the dimension of equipment mechanical design
• Responsible for equipment-deep PM plan and implementation
• Work with team to support project development
• Prepare maintenance and deep PM work instructions and training maintenance technicians
• Work closely with shift team to keep good performance
• Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action
• Follow up the corrective and preventive actions on equipment

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or other equivalent Engineering qualification
• An initiative of both self-learn and learn from cross-function team
• Have English communication skills
• Strong communication skill and ability to work under pressure
• Team player to work collaboratively with functional groups and various people
• Mechanical and electrical structure, transmission principle and equipment control principle
• Familiar with the safety operation rules
• Strong sense of responsibility and delivery awareness with good working attitude
• Good computer knowledge and logic thinking capability
