Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in organizing and arranging daily training activities, including new employee training and team-building events.
- Support company cultural activities and participate in planning and executing initiatives to enhance team cohesion.
- Aid the Talent and Organization Development Department with data preparation, document organization, and data entry.
- Perform simple video editing and production for internal training or team activities.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess creative abilities and ideas for video optimization.
- Be an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in human resources, management, media, or related fields.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have basic video editing skills and familiarity with at least one video editing software.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a teamwork spirit.
- Be able to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months.
- Bonus points for relevant internship or project experience, strong English skills, and an interest in human resource management.
