Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support and coordinate the campus recruitment process.
- Assist with online and onsite campus recruiting activities.
- Collect, report, and maintain recruitment statistics to ensure accuracy.
- Enhance the company profile through intranet, WeChat, and other media.
- Manage campus recruiting groups and address inquiries.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR department.
