Finance Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accounting result is accurate and reliable
• Review the overall business activities booked by SG China and advise if any mistakes or suspicious items found
• Supervise EOD/Weekly/Monthly control results and make sure the issues are cleared quickly
• Well-prepared regulatory daily, 10 days, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports and submit timely.
• Maintain regulatory reporting procedure
• Deal with multi-ad hoc tasks
• Good coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, including regulator officer

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

Academic Background (degree and major):

• Accounting/Financing/Economic major bachelor’s degree holder or above

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know-how:

• Min 1-year related working experience would be preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of finance, and accounting, and good visibility of frontier digitalization tech.  

Language Skills:

• Good English written and speaking skills, Chinese/French speaking, and reading will be a plus.

Computer Skill:

• Good at Microsoft Office, experience with POWER BI, Tableau and Python will be a plus. 

Additional Requirements:

• Good communication skills and be able to work under pressure. 
• Strong teamwork spirit.
• Initiative to keep self-learning, asking questions, resolving problems
• Be innovative to think out of the box.
