PCM Intern (Dec 2024)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Processes corporate account reconciliation, data consolidation, and report preparation.
• Handles callbacks for account and transaction instructions.
• Manages all client mailings.
• Conducts business and client package scanning, filing, and retrieval.
• Prepares daily internal routine report materials.
• Conducts CDD/EDD preliminary screening.
• Prepares meeting materials and supports ad hoc assignments by Sales and Product.
• Delivers and picks up documents to/from important clients.
• Supports other assignments in BAU and Projects.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Can work at least 4 days per week.
• Has strong attention to detail and data processing skills.
• Is proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin; written French is preferred.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Has experience in financial and reporting analysis.
